Workshop examples are drafts and learning exercises. Real estate professionals remain responsible for their own professional review process, brokerage requirements, MLS rules, fair housing obligations, and client confidentiality.

The June 24 AI for Realtors workshop uses prepared sample property materials. Attendees should not paste real client, seller, buyer, broker, or confidential listing information into AI tools during class.

AI output should be checked for accuracy, tone, completeness, compliance, and fit before it is used in real business communication.
