AI Workflow and Policy Assessment

Paid in full before the work starts.
Leader interviews, a review of three high-value workflows, an adoption and risk review, and draft internal AI-use guidelines.
30-Day AI Implementation Sprint
$5,000
50% deposit to begin. Balance due within seven days of delivery.
Implement three workflows, document the steps so your team can repeat them, train the people who will use them, and draft an AI-use policy.
Ongoing AI Enablement
Starting at $2,500/mo
Three-month minimum, paid monthly in advance.
Monthly training, office hours, workflow refinement, adoption measures, and maintenance of internal AI-use guidance.

Organization-funded coaching for leaders and named staff.

Leader Coaching
$750/hour
Two-hour minimum session.
Private coaching for owners, broker-owners, managing partners, and operations leads who need to work through their own workflows first, test AI tools, or design guidance before rolling it out to staff.
Leader Intensive
$4,500
Flat rate for the full intensive.
Six total hours delivered as two 3-hour deep-dive sessions.
Employee Coaching
Quoted by scope
Custom proposal based on team size, role complexity, and number of workflows.
For named team members, booked and paid for by the organization. Focused on embedding approved AI workflows directly into an employee’s daily routines and operational tasks.
Fee Modifiers
Added to a base offer or engagement when they apply.
Custom Development
$250/hour
Original research, new examples, revised slides, or exercises beyond a standard session or engagement scope. Quoted in advance and rolled into one fixed proposal price before you decide.
Recording License
$750
Permanent internal-use license to keep and reuse a recorded session. Not included by default.
Onsite Delivery Fee
$2,000
Added to onsite engagements because an onsite session commits the day regardless of its length. Travel is billed separately.

- Group training and Employee Coaching: Quoted as one fixed price by proposal before work begins.
Policy and guideline work from Applied Momentum is operational guidance, not legal advice. Draft policies should go through your normal legal, HR, compliance, and IT review before you adopt them.
Government, association, and institutional engagements are quoted separately.
