Refund and Cancellation Policy

Public workshop registration is handled through the registration provider listed on that workshop's page (currently Luma or NC SBC). The refund and cancellation options shown on that registration listing apply to that workshop registration.

If Applied Momentum must cancel or reschedule a workshop, registered attendees will be contacted with the available options, which may include a refund, transfer, or future class credit depending on the situation.

For private coaching or team training, cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed before the session is booked.
