Applied Momentum collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, manage class updates, and support workshop or coaching registration.

If you submit a contact form, join an interest list, book a call, or register for a workshop (currently through Luma or NC SBC), the information you provide may include your name, email address, scheduling details, and workshop registration details. Payment information is handled by the relevant registration or payment provider, not directly by Applied Momentum.

Applied Momentum does not sell personal information. Email updates are used for class, workshop, and training-related communication, and you may unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time.

During workshops, attendees should not paste real client, seller, buyer, broker, or confidential listing information into AI tools. Prepared sample materials are provided for class exercises.
